Hotel Opening: May 1st until October 31st

Hotel Club Bahamas Ibiza, (HCBI) offers all Travel Agencies (TTAA) the possibility book directly through an easy, secure and exclusive system.  This exclusive platform offers benefits and advantages as:

  • Guaranteeing Travel Agency's 12% commission payment over available rates
  • The fast way to get their commission because HCBI offers 3 ways of bookings:
  1. The TTAA can charge in advance a deposit of the 12% to the client; and must inform him to pay the  88% left at check-in time.
     
  2. The TTAA pays to HCBI the 88% of the total amount of the reservations before check-in date (by credit card or by bank transfer) and the client does not pay anything.
     
  3. The TTAA makes the reservation and inform the client to pay 100% at check-in time at the hotel. Then the TTAA sends to the hotel his invoice for the 12% (to be paid 30 days after check-out date.)

    Please take note that the system will  1st ask you to select your Travel Agency code (like: IATA, ARC, TIDS and HA).   If your Travel Agency does not have any code please select the HA code and create a code for your agency.

AVAILABILITY: you must check on line our calendar and rates. All of them area subject to availability and changes.

INDIVIDUALS & GROUPS RESERVATIONS
FOR INDIVIDUALS:    
  • The system allows you to insert up to 5 rooms per reservation but the dates of arrival and departures must be the same.
  • Double rooms and single rooms must be booked separately
  • If you want the hotel charge the 88% of the total amount over the TTAA's credit card,   you must insert it in the area of  "comments".

SMALL GROUPS:
If your group is 20 adults in 10 double rooms, the Agency must  make 2 reservations. (Each booking of 5 rooms and 10 adults) Please take note that the dates of arrival and departure must be the same otherwise you must do it separately.
 
Reservations for single use rooms:  Must be booked separately from double rooms.
Example: If your group has 5 double + 3 singles, the Agency must make 2 reservations.

Invoices: HCBI can issue the invoice on the client's name or the T. Agency;  it all depends on the way of paying.
