Travel Agency Bookings Policy

Bookings Terms & Conditions   

• When the Travel Agency has subscribed you in the system, automatically accepts the Terms & conditions policy of the website booking engine
• Once subscribed The Travel Agency will receive an email of the Agreement including all the information of the platform.
• The Agreement must be signed and send by fax (+34.971.396.803) to HCBI
• Travel Agency can only manage the bookings of its clients through the platform (not for groups > 16)
• Groups with 12 or more people, please ask for your group request here
• The % of commission given is mentioned in the subscription page and applied to all rates
• This service is only available through the hotel's website not by telephone nor fax
