RESERVATIONS POLICY / CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

RESERVATIONS ONLINE POLICY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS
  1. The booking engine will send you a confirmation email with all the details including your reservation number.
  2. On receiving this email you accept all the points set out in the online booking policy.
  3. All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Failure to provide this could cause the engine to cancel the reservation.
  4. By the time of booking, you authorize the hotel to charge the amount of one night over your credit card in the following cases:

    a. Bookings of 3 or more rooms on the same credit card
    b. Group Bookings. (Specially agreed "corporate" rates for weddings and events).
     
  5. You must pay the balance or the total amount of the booking at check in.
  6. If you wish to pay for the total booking amount prior to arrival please request here (You can pay by bank transfer or with credit card).
  7. Vouchers are not accepted as payment unless they are from our partner Travel Agents
  8. Cancellations and modifications: These can only be made by the holder of the booking.. HCBI cannot cancel nor change the booking. This must be done by the holder. The engine will request the booking number as well as the surname as per the booking. Enter here
  9. Cancellations and modifications up to 48 hours before arrival: If you change your booking the booking engine will not recharge the fee of one night, you simply pay the balance upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that the same rates and offers may not still be available.If you cancel the hotel will return the charged fee of one night .
  10. No shows or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival: If you do not show up or cancel your booking within 48 hours of arrival, the deposit 1 night charged to your credit card will not be returned, if you have not paid a deposit a penalty fee of one night will be charged to your card.
  11. HCBI does not give rates over the phone but will assist you to consult room availability and prices in our online hotel booking enginehrsour reservation online system
  12. Billing: Our engine allows only one invoice to be issued per booking (in the name of the person or company who made the booking) and not per room.
  13. HOTEL REGULATIONS
    For ALL INCLUSIVE (AI) Bookings: 
    - Alcohol may not be served to under 18’s
    - All types of drinks and snacks (on AI menu) are available at our bars and restaurant
    - The All Inclusive rules will be given to you upon your arrival
    - Use of the pool towel is free. 10€ deposit required.
  14. Check in: 14:00 hrs.  Check-out: 12:00 hrs. (Late check-out: has an extra cost; please request at Reception)  
  15. Pets are not allowed
     

 

REVIEW, MODIFY OR CANCEL:  PROCEDURES

a. Up to 48 hrs prior arrival
:
It is the client’s responsibility to make any changes and must be done by the person who has made the reservation. HCBI does NOT make any changes or cancellations.

Please note that all changes are subject to availability, some special offers or Early booking rates does not accept changes after the end date of the offer. Also if the calendar is closed there is no chance to do modifications.

 
To change dates, number of persons or rooms, etc., cancel your reservation or simply review your reservation please follow the steps:
  1. Get your reservation number (on the confirmation e-mail received)
  2. Be sure to insert the exact name of the person as it appears on the reservation
  3. Get prepared your future details (for a modification) or be sure to cancel. Note: if you want insert more adults or kids or rooms, please insert the total number. 
  4. Click here (you will arrive to our booking engine, you must click in "Modify/Cancel" menu; as shown down below)

b. After the 48 hrs prior arrival: You must send an email to: reservas@hcbi.es otherwise it would be classify as no show reservation and the system will charge you the total amount of the reservation instead of 1 night. (Specified in our Terms & conditions, accepted by the time of booking).
