SERVICES REQUEST FORM
Terms & Conditions
- Upon receipt the application form, HCBI will send you an email confirming your order.
- Orders will only be accepted if they arrive with a minimum of 48 hrs. prior to arrival.
- Payments: If you sent the form and will stay at the hotel, you must pay the full amount upon arrival.
- Gift Payments: If you sent the form to make a gift to someone who will stay at the hotel; HCBI will call you to ask a credit card number to proceed with de purchase. If you want an invoice please request it here.
- Cancellations: Please do it 48 hrs. before arrival, responding to the confirmation email HCBI sent you. Otherwise, HCBI will be charge the total amount of services upon arrival as a penalty.
- If you want any other service, please write it in the "comments" area of the form.
- The Drink Package contains: 1.5L Water., 2 bottles of 50 ccl. each - of Coke and Fanta Orange; 2 cans of San Miguel Beer, 1 of Nestea and 1 of Aquarius.
